I use this card to call the US from Qatar. Well worth the money paid. Will be purchasing again.

Misleading Rates, September 16, 2007
This review is from: Call From USA to USA & International $20 Phone Card (Electronics)
The rates listed here are misleading. I wanted to talk to my girlfriend in Australia, but rather than getting charged at the listed price of 2.5 cents per minute, it turns out that calls to mobile phones in Australia are charged at 13 cents per minute. I was only able to find this out after buying the card and noticing a discrepancy in my account, then e-mailing customer support.

Outstanding, June 21, 2008
This review is from: Call From USA to USA & International $20 Phone Card (Electronics)
I call Europe very frequently and I've used many, many, many phone cards. I decided to try this one because ... well ... because it was on amazon, and I trust amazon to stand behind me in case I'm dissatisfied with a purchase. So I tried this card out. At 2.5 cents per minute to most of Europe (even less to some European countries), the rates are as good as those of most other cards, considering that there are no connection fees, no maintanance charges, and the card is good for a year. My experience with cards that offer a cheaper cost per minute is that the connection fees and maintenance fees end up eating up the savings, and, what's worse, the quality of the phone lines is highly problematic. With many cards, trying to get through to Europe is a 50-50 proposition, sometimes you have to call three or four times.
In essence, I've been looking for a card that has a reasonable price, that will get me through consistently, and that will give me a quality line.
So I ordered the pin by mail card, and only a couple of hours later I received an email giving me a code number and a link to the numerous access numbers from which I could make the call. I tried it. The process was flawless. The call went through immediately, and the quality was, frankly, better than I've experienced with any other card. I've tried it several times since, and each experience has been the same.
Now that I've had a little time with it, I don't know why anyone would use another card, at least for calls to Europe, which is my only experience with it.
No connection fee, no maintenance fees, no hidden charges. Calls go through immediately. All at a great price. I've abandoned all my other cards for this one.

Great product, great experience. Highly recommended.
ps - I noticed that one reviewer observes that his call to a mobile phone was charged at a higher rate. Pin by email makes this clear and, by the way, all phone cards do that.
