Clover Brady has a simple life running his simple antique shop and ogling the not-so-simple owner of Faerigan Cycles. Mitchell Faerigan is Clover’s dream man with his manly muscles, dark hair, and gorgeous blue eyes. He’d like nothing more than to throw himself into Mitchell’s arms and beg him to do naughty things to his body. Unfortunately, Clover is unwilling to risk his heart. He’s still recovering from the loss of his parents, and there is no way he could ever survive loving and possibly losing Mitchell. So he’ll keep his heart to himself, no matter how tempting the other man may be.

3.0 out of 5 stars A Fun Read August 15, 2013

A simple read. Not too dramatic, but predictable. The characters could have been fleshed out a little more, in my opinion, but the story was enjoyable.

4.0 out of 5 stars Call Me Yours July 21, 2013
By Vanessa
Call Me Yours was a fun-loving story of fae-warrior, turned motorcycle shop owner Mitchell and human antique shop owner Clover. Both men worked across the street from each other and Mitchell has been pining for Clover for two years since their first encounter and the discovery Clover was his fated mate.

Following an accident, Mitchell is forced to begin the mating process in order to save Clover thus propelling him into the life as a mated fae complete with pointy ears.

The tale by Celia Kyle was wistful and lite, and left a smile on my face. The banter between Mitchell and Clover was refreshing. Ms. Kyle brought humility and humor to each of the main characters. The chemistry and synergy was evident by the desire of each man to satisfy and protect each other. Even in the face of the unknown, Ms. Kyle found hilarity in the dialogue, especially by Clover.

The inner-monologues added substance and wit to Clover's characterization as he strategized and laid out his feelings, all the while not realizing that Mitchell could sense them as well- bringing delightful shades of red to Clover's face.

The drama was not over the top as the story was meant to be sweet and loving and Celia Kyle hit the mark. There was something sexy about a grown man with pointy ears who giggled.

4.0 out of 5 stars A fun, easy and quick read June 21, 2013

3.5 stars

As the owner of a motorcycle shop, Mitchell Faerigan's worked across the street from Clover Brady's antique store for two years now. From the moment they met, he knew instantly Clover was his mo stór, his soul mate, but since then Clover's literally ran in the other direction whenever they almost crossed paths, sentencing Mitchell to his own version of stalking. Now, Mitchell's family is threatening the little of his Clover he can have and that's unacceptable. Mitchell will do anything he can to keep Clover safe but Clover's not willing to risk his heart for Mitchell but will the threat from Mitchell's family finally be enough to push these two together?

The highlight of this story is definitely Clover Brady. From the beginning, his quirky personality jumps off the pages and had me chuckling. He has sort of a dry sense of humor but he's feisty and stubborn as well. I adored him because he made this a light story even with the dark conflict. I loved his reactions to just about everything but especially anything regarding the Fae and ultimately what being mated to Mitchell really means. Mitchell, by comparison, is more subdued. He's a big guy but has a gentle nature and he just wants Clover's acceptance and is willing to give his mo stór anything. The two together are simultaneously sweet and hot and if anything I wished there had been more of the story to explore their relationship further.

The book takes place over only a few days but a lot happens. While the story is short, the flow of it doesn't feel rushed. I enjoyed this author's writing style because it had an engaging quality to it and the fact that she was able to make this unique from others I've read before.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great M/M Read July 16, 2013
I was provided a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
Celia does a great job with this book. While you read, you tend to forget that they're two males - you just see them as two people who are into each other. There was one scene where our author had Clover giggle. I've never heard a man giggle before but Celia has left me wanting to hear the sound. This is when I wish the book had audio.
Celia could have done like other authors and put in lots of sex (because isn't that what people assume a M/M book is about) but she didn't do as expected. The love story is what's important and the sex is put in right where it belongs. She also writes so that gender seems to be an afterthought. You'll love the scene where Clover meets Mitchell's mother and brother - just sayin'.
Our author also includes just the right amount of fantasy/paranormal. Language is graphic but don't let that bother you - after all it's told from a man's perspective. If you've never read any of her work before, this will leave you wanting to read more.
