It is a fitted cap no adjustments. Fits well and looks great make sure you order your correct size though.

If you're like me, the new tight-ft-to-the-skull baseball caps just don't seem to fit right. This is a classicly-constructed cap that fits well. If I had a minor complaint, it would be that it feels a bit hot. But the construction is very professional, and the hat is nice-looking. Nothing cheap about it.
