In 23 years of hacking around with a golf club I've found that most golf gloves are adequate at first, but normally have issues after a few rounds. These include stretching, faster than normal wear in the palm, or a tendency to not breath properly and become sweaty on the inside. Stretching and wear is probably exasperated by gripping the club too tightly, but some gloves just seem to hold-up better than others. I've never paid a lot of attention to glove brands, and on a whim ordered a set of Callaway Golf Tour Authentic gloves. They turned out to be soft, fit extremely well, haven't developed many wear marks yet, remain dry, and most importantly, haven't stretched much at all after a number of rounds. These may not be the only gloves that work better than most, but they're working well for me now and I'll probably continue purchasing them.

Same glove that pros wear on tour. I play a lot and can get about twenty rounds of golf in on one glove. Usually tour grade gloves don't last that long, but this one does and does not stretch out that musch either.
