I bought the Callaway Golf X Series Jaws Chrome S300 series wedges. I purchased a 52 degree, a 56 degree, and the 60 degree. I am a high handicap golfer that hates missing those up and downs from close to the green - nothing worse than adding strokes due to a poorly hit shot due to fear of overhitting. I purchased the regular flex even though my swing speed is high and most of what I have in my bag is stiff flex, I would recommend doing the same. The grooves on these are great, they get the ball airborne quickly and stop it tight on the green. One of the things that you will notice is that the clubhead may seem a bit heavier, which I feel actually makes them easier to commit to and follow through with the shot. They changed an aspect of my game that I used to dread into something I can't wait to get up to my ball and hit with. Enjoy your golf game, whatever you decide.
