Look no further for dutch processed cocoa
Callebaut is superb dutch processed cocoa for both baking and ice cream. The taste surpasses other cocoa powder I've tried before. If you want a great tasting dessert that uses dutch processed cocoa, use this cocoa powder. It is not much more expensive that the store bought variety when you break down the cost per pound.

Holiday Order a Delivery Problem, Product Great
On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving we decided to make some old fashioned fudge requiring dutch process cocoa. Unfortunately, rather than phone, I ordered by email and paid for next day delivery. It turned out the small supplier was closed until the following Monday when it was shipped for next day delivery and it arrived Tuesday. Monday was the latest delivery date we...

Callebaut is superb dutch processed cocoa for both baking and ice cream. The taste surpasses other cocoa powder I've tried before. If you want a great tasting dessert that uses dutch processed cocoa, use this cocoa powder. It is not much more expensive that the store bought variety when you break down the cost per pound.

This is the best cocoa, at the best price. It has a really nice, silky texture, and a pure flavor without extra tastes or textures to get in the way. It shipped incredibly fast - we made cocoa tonight!

On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving we decided to make some old fashioned fudge requiring dutch process cocoa. Unfortunately, rather than phone, I ordered by email and paid for next day delivery. It turned out the small supplier was closed until the following Monday when it was shipped for next day delivery and it arrived Tuesday. Monday was the latest delivery date we could use the ingredient for that cooking session. We were able to purchase enough product from a local bakery to get us through, so it all worked out. The moral is the web may run 24/7 but the folks on the other end may not! Otherwise it was a good transaction.
