Although the cocoa tastes good, I'm not sure it's really that much better than a supermarket Hershey's. That could just be from the original expiration date being back in 2011 though; cocoa power does lose some of it's umph over time...
The only problem I have is finding it other than on-line.
Delicious and worth the effort. The very best cocoa I've ever tasted--both for drinking and baking.

Excellent taste in baked goods. Rich flavor in icing without grit on palet or tongue. I got it to use for chocolate biscotti for the holidays. Really looking forward to sharing it.Published 2 months ago by Christopher M Richard
