Fun little kit
If you are looking for a true calligraphy kit with instructions look elsewhere. If you want to experiment and play with a pen that you have to dip into ink, then get this kit. I'm very happy with mine because those were my expectations. I wanted to play with the pen style without spending a bunch of money.

Can't write "thick & thin" with this!
It didn't come with the right calligraphy points -- One of my co-worker who is an artist took a look and she say there's no way you can write "thick and thin" with the points it came with. So much for spending [money] for a bottle of ink.

I already had one kit and loved the short stature of the stylus. I bought a 2nd to have two small, secure travel inkwells for different colored inks.

I liked the Calligraphy Mini Kit. I did have a problem however. The ink was out of the bottle, but still inside the bag. I was not able to use the small bottle of ink. I did have some ink at home however, so it was not a problem. Thank you for the kit.
