Exotic Hawaiian chants and nurturing sounds that move your body and heart. One track honers the sacred breath of Hawaii. This New age hawaiian music with precussion, the sounds of naure and the whales move you into deep trance states. This is an experience more than a musical recording some songs are for mind journeys, some are for movement of the body, heart and mind. The only thing I wish is that I could hear tracks on their other CD's

I bought this CD while taking a Lomi-Lomi massage workshop intensive. I'm a licensed massage therapist. I truly love this CD. It isn't spa music - but it has a beauty that will carry you far outside of your usual thinking mind if you let it. The ocean waves, the beautiful whale song, and the music and songs are so calming and rhythmic that they lull you into a sense of peace and contentment. I sometimes carry this with me to my own massage sessions, and ask for it to be played. I think my favorite songs are the ones that are sung in the Hawaiian language - for some reason the fact that I can't understand the words actually makes them resonate more deeply with me.
If you are looking for something different to help you disconnect from the everyday, and find a place of "no mind" this one ought to do it. And it is beautiful. If you like the ocean, you will find yourself at home..
