This is a very high quality baking sheet. I expect to be able to use it for many years. You will need to adjust baking time for cookies as it is a darker sheet, check on them about 2-4 minutes earlier than baking time suggested. I also adjusted the oven rack further away from the heat source as this sheet holds heat very well and evenly.

I didn't want to pay this much for an insulated cookie sheet, but decided to take the plunge and now I am glad I did. This thing is very well constructed and heavier than my old insulated pan. I have used it several times and expect it to outlast my old insulated pans - - and it bakes more evenly. I use to get burned bisquit bottoms (or too dark) - - now I don't!

I am pretty good at making chocolate chip cookies, and found the silicon sheets much better than wax paper to provide the non stick. The wax paper produced smoke in the kitchen as wasn't all that good at being non sticky. The silicon sheets made it easy to remove without a spatula.
The silicon sheets are not easy to wash or store. So I thought I should give this a try. This saves me the chore of washing the two items. The cookies remove very easily, after cooling a little, with using my fingers. I have looked for good cookie sheets locally and have found the Calphalon, but not the insulated type and those were selling for the same price as the insulated sheets that I bought. Good product, good value.

I bought this to replace an older insulated baking sheet which had become stained with years of use--partly because it was not supposed to be immersed in water. THIS model, however, has tiny vents/drainage holes on the bottom, making it MUCH easier to clean!

I guess I didn't do the math on this one. It is a very small cookie sheet. I like to fit at least one dozen cookies on a sheet and I cannot on this one. It is nicely made, seems durable, and is easy to clean. I have been using it for biscuits and rolls - things I only make a few of. For small batches, it is nice and useful but it isn't going to get me through a bake sale or Christmas.
