I realize that this might seem a bit expensive for a baking sheet - and why not just get something cheaper? It's totally worth the money. Not only is it flawlessly nonstick (even after multiple uses - saving money on messy sprays and foil), but it is also scratch-resistant and the perfect size for large batches of cookies. I also love that it is rimless (no rusting when you wash it!). I have tried tons of other sheets, but this is THE one.

this is a great pan...nothing sticks...raised end makes it esy to grab to take out of the oven...not flimsy-feels solid..now if it only came in a smaller toaster oven size

The best cookie sheet I have ever used. I believe in Calphalon because I have the cookware and really love it. It might be a good idea to check into a cookie spatula from Calphalon. These work wonders on removing cookies from the cookie sheet. It does not mess up the cookies.
