I own a LOT of Calph cookware, so when it came time to purchase new cookie sheets I turned to the tried and true. I like having sides on my sheets, and these fit the bill (some sites/companies will tell you that you can't bake cookies properly with sided pans, but I've never had any problems). I had several criteria for this purchase: price, quality, weight (I wanted heavy gauge), and non-warping. These sheets matched my requirements on all counts EXCEPT for the warping...they still give the dreaded 'boing' when in the oven a couple of minutes. Granted, it doesn't seem as bad as cheapie sheets, but still....oh well....love the sheets anyway and would buy them again.

These pans are great in most ways- very heavy, well made, big. My only complaint is that there is a raised Calphalon brand stamped into the middle of each pan. If you put a cookie or something on that spot, you'd end up with "Calphalon" stamped into your cookie!

I already have two of these pans, also gave one to my daughter. I am now ordering a set to give my mom--I can put 15 cookies on a sheet and it takes no time at all with two of these pans to bake a batch of cookies. They do not warp, which every other pan I have owned did. I don't think I can go back to any other brand again--this is a true winner!

Warping problem
Most of my pots & pans are calphalon. So it was a no brainer to order these. I am so disappinted...Huge warping problem!!! I can't use these for my pies and quiches... Read more

Okay but don't last
The sheets are okay for cookie baking. The calphalon imprinted on the pan is a bit annoying since it's smack in the center. They didn't last as long as I hoped.

Sturdy, but Not Non-Stick
These are really heavy duty cookie sheets, but they aren't really non-stick. We have to oil the pans when we cook pizza or it'll never come out of the pan. Read more

I throw it in trash after a few uses
I used them very occasionally to bake chocolate cookies around 375. It warps, and have stains(can't be cleaned) and become sticky. Read more
