I own a LOT of Calph cookware, so when it came time to purchase new cookie sheets I turned to the tried and true. I like having sides on my sheets, and these fit the bill (some sites/companies will tell you that you can't bake cookies properly with sided pans, but I've never had any problems). I had several criteria for this purchase: price, quality, weight (I wanted heavy gauge), and non-warping. These sheets matched my requirements on all counts EXCEPT for the warping...they still give the dreaded 'boing' when in the oven a couple of minutes. Granted, it doesn't seem as bad as cheapie sheets, but still....oh well....love the sheets anyway and would buy them again.

These pans are great in most ways- very heavy, well made, big. My only complaint is that there is a raised Calphalon brand stamped into the middle of each pan. If you put a cookie or something on that spot, you'd end up with "Calphalon" stamped into your cookie!

I already have two of these pans, also gave one to my daughter. I am now ordering a set to give my mom--I can put 15 cookies on a sheet and it takes no time at all with two of these pans to bake a batch of cookies. They do not warp, which every other pan I have owned did. I don't think I can go back to any other brand again--this is a true winner!

I was making my signature dessert, French macarons with my new pans, what a mistake! They ruined every single cookie and buckled in the oven under 300 degree heat.

They felt thick, they definitely weren't the cheapest pans, but they did not deliver. Used them before this to make chicken, that came out fine, but who wants a pan you can only do the basics with?

These pans are of poor quality. They warp when heated even at low temps and don't lay flat in your oven once the oven reaches set temp. They settle back to their original shape when cooled, but are not worth the purchase.

These are decent pans, but you can find less expensive at similar quality. However, they are not entirely warp proof. What is more maddening is that I have two generations - an older pan that is marked 13x18 in size and is the exact same size as the newer pans that are indicated as 12x17 in size!

These pans are really the best! Besides being the perfect size for my sheet cake recipe, they double as nonstick cookie sheets. My cookies bake evenly, and are easily removed from these pans.

I have Calphalon, skillets, bread pans, etc. They are great so I bought the Jelly roll pans expecting the same quality, I was very disappointed. The pans warp even at temperatures as low as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The food sticks to the non stick surface and after only 5 uses the pans have brown stains all over them that won't come off. I have used cheap 5 dollar pans from walmart that did better than these. Calphalon makes a lot of good products, just stay away from the Jelly Roll pans.

These are replacing some well worn pans, so they're getting kid-glove treatment so far, e.g., parchment paper under the cookie dough. But they look great and cook evenly, so they're a great choice for someone needing pans of this type.

Not only did they almost give me a heart attack when it warped in the oven and sounded like an explosion. but also when your picking it up it doesn't give you a very secure feeling especially when you have something heavy on it. For the money I paid I expected better.
