When I first used this Bund pan, I was sooo disapointed, cause I love
all my Calphalon Commercial nonstick.
Everytime I baked a cake in this, it would stick, and come out in
chunks. I would try and put it together, but it just looked ugly,
nothing I would serve to company.

I tryed different oil sprays and nothing worked,
until I used the Flour/oil sprays.

When I sprayed it with just the oil it would run down the sides
and all.

Now This works fantastic. All my cakes come out perfect in
one piece.

There are allot of nooks and craneys, so make sure your getting
all those little places covered with the flour/oil spray, also do not
forget to spray the middle tube part.

For birthdays and Christmas I usually buy my wife kitchen stuff. She loves to cook and bake. Calphalon falls under the "you get what you pay for" category. All of our pots and pans are Calphalon as well as most of our bakeware. They are consistently high quality and I've never been disappointed. My wife loves the brand and if she's happy, then I'm happy. They cost a little more but it is well worth it.

Great bundt pan. The crevices aren't too deep and it's smoothly curved inside, making it easy for cakes to come out in one piece. Highly recommended.

love this pan. I do a lot of baking . This bund form pan cooks my cakes evenly. Advertised as non-stick and easy to clean and every word is true

I recently purchased this Bundt Cake Pan and am very happy with it. The pan is sturdy and clearly very well made. The non-stick surface is thick and my cake popped out easily. I have used other bakeware and have found that paying more for the Calphalon brand is totally worth while. Highly recommended. Buy with confidence.

Thats why I purchsased Calphalon, I have used this line for years, and will continue to use it. Its dependenable and sturdy.

Have now made three cakes with this pan. Find it to be an excellent pan. Cakes released very easily and clean up of the pan was a snap. Although it says nonstick I do use a release agent, usually margarine with this pan and other non stick pans. My previous experiences with nonstick bakeware have not been so happy when used without a release agent.

It's a nice, heavy cake pan, but don't call it non-stick. Even with baking spray my cake stuck badly.
