Calphalon Classic Bakeware 10-inch round nonstick angel food cake pan was exactly what I needed. I have a Jewish Apple Cake that I make, and I needed this type of pan. I had to give away my old pan and get a new one because I have Celiac Disease. Anything that had flour in it had to be given away. It has been a long process. I could not find this pan locally. I tried making the cake in a 2 piece angel food pan. What a mess! It leaked out the bottom all over the place. So, I love my new pan. It solved the problem and works wonderfully!

For the past 30 years I have used a plain jane aluminum angel food cake pan I found on a yard sale. We've shared many birthday cakes as hubby likes to have Angel Food cake for his birthday dinner. The problem with plain aluminum cake pan is that it is soooo difficult to clean. The cake baked nicely in the pan, and there were no problems with turning it upside down to cool, but when it came to cleaning...oh my!

Well my cleaning days are easier after purchasing and using the Calphalon Classic Bakeware 10-inch Angel Food Cake pan. Not only did the cake bake beautifully but the cake pan was a breeze to clean.

Tip: I tried to turn the cake pan upside down, like I've always done, and the cake tried slipping out of the pan while it was hot from the oven. I ended up placing the cake pan on its side on the wire cooling rack. I later turned the cake out when it was cool.

Bought this for the wife to replace a very old two piece unit she had for many years. The wife was very impressed with it. There is not "stuck mess" down in the bottom to clean out after she makes a cake.. Normally I clean out the pan for her when she makes and Angel food cake so I know what is left in the pan! This new pan does not do that and the wife is more than satisfied with the baking results. Very nice product

I Purchased two of these pans and they are the best cake pans I've ever used. I bake a lot of pound cakes and I don't have to worry about cake batter leaking out of the bottom of the pan or spilling over the top of the pan. Cakes don't stick to the pan and always come out perfect. It is also easy to clean. I recommend this pan to anyone who bakes angel food or pound cakes.

baked an angel food cake (12 egg whites) and it turned out fine. I do like that it's a one-piece so I can let it cool upside down.

I bought this pan to start making angel food cakes, but decided to try making a sunshine cake in it first (a few less eggs wasted in case of a disaster). The cake rose and browned very evenly, and it was the perfect texture. I inverted the pan when cooling the cake as the recipe directed. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience of the cake "almost falling out of the pan". The cake did not want to want to budge. I had a very, very difficult time removing the cake and it was not very pretty to look at in the end. Next time, I guess I will have to try parchment paper at the bottom of the pan.

Product was received from Vendor in timely fashion and in perfect condition. I have used this Angel Food Pan by Calphon a few times since the purchase and find it to be excellent. Baking,finished product removal from pan and cleaning all very satisfactory. Would not hesitate
in recommending this item.

I love this pan. It is solid quality. I bake a lemon sponge cake in it and no longer have to line the bottom with wax paper or grease the bottom. I just spoon the batter into the cake pan and bake. One thing you can't do is turn the pan upside down to cool--the cake will fall out! But if, when the cake is done, I bring it carefully out of the oven--no jostling, place it gently on a cooling rack right side up, and let it cool for 10-15 minutes, the cake still stays fluffy and does not collapse. And clean up is SOOO easy--no scrubbing like there was in my old pan.

Perfect! Better quality than I expected. I prefer this to a bundt pan, and have bought 2 more since.

I love my calphalon pots and pans. They always do the job that I need. I do not like the bakeware. I have given this tube pan several tries and still it sticks! I have sold cakes etc. professionally and my other pans perform beautifully. Stay away from their bakeware! This tube pan is now in my trash.
