This set of four adorable 4-by-1-1/2-inch mini springform pans inspires impressive individual desserts, such as petite cheesecakes and chocolate tortes, that are sure to delight guests. The removable springform ring on each pan is made of heavy-gauge aluminum and has a flip mechanism on the side that easily releases desserts without damaging the edges. The rings have a unique two-tone design that affects heat conduction and cooks your desserts to perfection: the silvery gray exterior ensures efficient baking time and the darker gray interior protects desserts from overbrowning. Pan bottoms are enamel-coated to protect them from scratching when using sharp utensils. With the double nonstick coating, desserts release from the pans with no problem and cleanup is quick and easy. I have used the little pans for several months without problem. The bottoms are very heavy and seem to conduct heat well. I have had no problems with the clasps. I have enjoyed these very much

All of them broke at the metal clasp within the first three uses.

I've had these for about 3 years now, just perfect for individual sized cheesecakes and fruit tarts, bakes very evenly. Just did some chocolate mousse last month, the presentation was so elegant.
