Calphalon Commercial Nonstick 10-Inch Everyday Pan with Glass Lid

I bought this pan about 3 years ago for about$30 and it has performed well. It is indeed an everyday pan and I liked the nonstick quality. You do have to be careful of treating the nonstick surface with care, as I overheated mine and caught my husband using metal in it I must now replace it. But I am pleased enough with the quality and performance to purchase the same thing.

Use this pan the most. Nice size for a main dish that serves four. No oil necessary when sauteing. Minus two stars because most of my Calphalon inherently gets weird, colorful discolorations, almost like burnt spots on the inside bottom. I take excellent care of my pans when cooking and cleaning, but I think they cannot hold up to the heat. The outer surface nicks easiy if one pan nudges another, for instance when placed next to another pan in the dish drain or placed into another for storing. Calphalon does not have NSF certification-- even Costco's cookware has that, and their cookware looks and feels identical to Calphalon.

I have the 12in and use it all the time. I bought this for my daughter who has a smaller stove top so is a better fit for her. Looked everywhere for the one with the glass lid. Love the ability to look in and maintain temp. Is perfect for stove top anything.

I bought this pan and its absolutely great. It is light weight and cooks with no oils and doesn't stick at all. The calphalon commercial products are hard to find and this is a great price.

This is a really good pan for the money. It's easy to tell that the non-stick coating is of a superior quality. I have used it to make spongy omelets and can broil them in the oven with cheese on top for a wonderful top layer. It spreads heat evenly and the glass lid is great to see your food without opening it.
The only problem I have with it is that it's smaller than I thought it would be, even just cooking for two. I have the hard anodized 12-inch Calphalon that I'm equally happy with and it is considerably bigger, and a little taller. I still use both, but I would use this one more if not for the size. Overall, happy with the product.

I like the size and nonstick quality of the pan. Indeed it is everyday pan, good for daily cooking.

I absolutely love this product. I have the bigger 12" pan but sometimes I would like to have a little smaller size pan that is not so heavy and this one fit the bill. It is perfect for the 4 person family frozen meals that I like to buy. I also love the glass lid because you can see what is going on without lifting the lid. I would highly recommend this product.

I have a couple other pieces of Calphalon and really love the weight and quality. I wanted a smallish, nonstick pan and saw this one with the glass lid. I've had it for about a month and have no regrets. Super easy clean-up. The only thing I would change would be to have the stay cool handles.

I have been extremely pleased with my Calphalon Commercial Nonstick Pan. I spend a great deal of time in my kitchen and needed something that was heavy duty that would not warp under high temperatures. It is small enough for my two person family. I am eager to see a larger version on sale in the near future to use for family gatherings.

I have been using this pan for several weeks now and is easy to use, easy to clean (not in dishwasher). Heats up evenly. Can fix a whole meal at one time.
