They're so sturdy, so large, so well built that they get pressed into service all the time. Perfect for cookies, pizzas, even roasting vegetables or meats. They don't scratch, they're non-stick, cleanup is a breeze, they heat evenly... what more could you ask for in a baking pan? The other day I even had a delicate item which needed to be heated at a low temperature for about half an hour. I sandwiched it between two of these pans and it came out completely unscathed. These are the best baking sheets I have ever used.

I received 2 of these as a bonus when I purchased the Calphalon 5 piece baking set....which also includes one. (I sold one)
I now have two cooking trays and 2 Matfers for greater efficiency.
Baking and cooking is a lot more fun with good baking/cooking tools and related items.
I feel like a PRO.
