The Best Non-Stick Pans Available,

I was first turned on to Calphalon Commercial Non-stick pans by Cook's Illustrated, who, after extensive testing, said this is the best non-stick coating available. A few years and a multitude of pans later, I couldn't agree more.This pan has a comfortable heft and feels good in your hand. It distributes heat evenly and also retains heat very well. It is also extremely easy to clean. You can't go wrong with this pan. |
