Accompanied by a bonus roasting rack, silicone bulb baster with an injector tip, and two 18/8 stainless-steel turkey lifters, this 16-by-13 inch nonstick roaster pan is ideal for cooking a massive turkey (19 to 25 pounds), two chickens, or a hefty prime rib. Made of heavy-gauge anodized aluminum, the pan is harder than steel and conducts heat evenly whether it's baking lasagna or caramelizing a roast's pan juices. The nonstick interior is exceptionally rugged and durable. The pan's riveted, cast-stainless-steel handles stand straight up for easy handling and are large enough to accommodate oven mitts. The rack has its own set of large handles and is coated with nonstick so it won't pull off pieces of a bird's browned skin. The bulb baster's injector tip can be used to squirt flavoring deep into a fowl or roast. A truly horrible pan,

I bought this pan after hearing my friends rave about Calphalon pots and pans. This pan performed so poorly that it will be the first and last time I will ever be suckered into buying anything Calphalon. After three uses I ended up throwing it away - a total waste of money. So what makes it so bad? First of all, it is a nightmare to clean. I've never had a nonstick pan be this much of chore for clean-up. And after it's third use, it pretty much buckled, causing me to throw it away. I'm sticking with the tried and true All-Clad from now on. Don't waste your money on this roaster.

Not the Calphalon Commercial Nonstick you're used to...,

The roaster looks like a cheap imitation of my other Calphalon Commercial NonStick cookware. I have about 20 pieces and I have been very happy with everything until now. The roaster itself is very thin and light--not heavy gauge like normal Calphalon Commercial NonStick. The handles are flimsy and the rivets are not of the same quality I am used to. The pan will actually flex under light pressure. The rack is not nonstick and I imagine it's a nightmare to clean. The "lifters" are very cheap construction and don't look like they can lift a chicken, much less a turkey. The baster/injection needle is fair. Overall, I am very disappointed in this purchase and I would advise anyone interested in it to look at it in a retail store before you buy.

I've had this pan for less than a year, and after 5 or 6 uses, I just threw it out tonight. After a couple uses, it "buckled", permanently -- that is, the bottom surface became severely unlevel and was pretty much useless on the stovetop. In addition to that, the nonstick surface came off the pan tonight, despite the fact that I've never used any metal tools in the pan.I did, however, give it 2 stars due to its size and convenient handles. Bottom line: don't buy this pan. It's flimsy and cheap, the surface comes off, and doesn't last a year. Save your money and get an All-Clad.
