The set consists of a 10-inch omelet pan, a 1-1/2-quart covered saucepan, a 2-1/2-quart covered saucepan, and a 6-1/2-quart covered stockpot. Commercial Stainless pans have the same durable hard-anodized exterior as other Commercial lines, but the interior layer is 18/10 stainless steel. The heavy-gauge aluminum exterior has uniform thickness across its bottom and sides to provide excellent heat conductivity. This durable surface won't chip, crack, or peel. The stainless-steel interior is nonreactive to foods, plus it is stick-resistant and easy to clean. All Commercial Stainless cookware has tempered-glass dome lids so you can monitor food's progress without disturbing the cooking process. Lids are finished with a stainless-steel band around the edge and cast-stainless handles. The flared rim fits tightly with the lid and allows for dripless pouring.
