This Grill/Griddle combo is a good size for the stove top, the non stick is great and it cleans up easily. However it is no substitute for grilling on a gas or charcoal grill

I use this grill/griddle in my business. It is great. I have had several of these and my employees did not read the care instructions...this time I read them and it is performing SO WELL.
