This turner works great for getting into a rimmed pan or around several items while cooking. It is thin and flexable however the handle is the new stronger design.(The old style had broken which is why we purchased a new one.) It is made of the usual hard plastic which does not scratch our coated pans. Shipment was very prompt. Item is very recommended.

Like the smaller wider one for most everything, even fish. And this is a nice option for a large fish serving.

I have found all sorts of uses for my "Fish Turner" so it turned out to be a very good buy for me. I haven't used it on fish yet but I know from using it on other things it is going to work very well. The blade length is very good for those long dishes that have a tendency to break. A little harder to store due to the length and "bend".
