There really isn't all that much that one can say about measuring spoons. They are, for the most part, something you use without thinking about. I can, however, attribute 3 pluses to this set. They are longer than they are round and that enables them to fit into spice jars more easily. They are sturdy and have a rubber inset that makes them easy to hold with wet hands. There is a 1/8th spoon which eliminates guessing what constitutes half of the 1/4 spoon. Granted, I have spent my entire cooking life by doing just that but still, it's nice to have. All in all, this is a very nice set for the money and I'm glad I bought them.

I purchased this item from Amazon several weeks ago. The spoons are very sturdy and well designed. My family loves that I have upgraded from our old plastic measuring spoons. The sizes are practical and include every size one could need in the kitchen.

These measuring spoons are perfect. They have a great feel and weight. The rubber down the middle makes then them a non-slip while the narrow oblong shape means they will fit into your spice jars.

I use them to measure dry ingredients all the time. No complaint so far. Easy access into smaller bottles. Bought the matching measuring cups as well.They look professional in my little kitchen, I had to hang them up.

These have a nice low profile shape that makes them ideal for getting into small containers of spices and such. The grips are soft and comfy. As mentioned by others, the material is kind of thin, so you probably don't want to use them to scoop into frozen things. But as far as measuring spoons go, they are easily the best I've ever used. Highly recommended.

Spoons are excellent quality just like the rest of the Calphalon line. These were bought as a gift and my daughter loves them.

These measuring spoons are a good shape and have a comfortable grip. However, I was disappointed to find that the tablespoon had bent in the middle when I dipped it into some frozen orange juice concentrate. I would say they have the measurement part down but need to work on the 'spoon' aspect.

Wonderful! They feel good in your hand, they measure well and they are high quality and great looking!

These measuring spoons are well worth the money, as they are very well made. The stainless construction means they'll last for my lifetime, and the silicone grips are very comfortable. But where's the 1/2 tablespoon?

Admittedly, I am well aware that half a tablespoon is equal to 1 and 1/2 teaspoons, but is the average person? I don't think so. Getting rid of the 1/4 teaspoon (as the average person had better be able to figure two 1/8 teaspoons equals a 1/4 teaspoon, or they should not be allowed near a kitchen or any open flame) and including the 1/2 tablespoon would have been preferable to make this set perfect.

Even still, this set is worth your money. I am now planning to get the matching measuring cups by Calphalon as well just based on these.
