One for the Pros,

This is designed to mix a salad in a kitchen which is then served onto plates that are brought to the diners' table. It does what it is meant to do and can be wiped clean for repeated use. It is not suitable for the dining table or buffet, the design being sharp industrial and the bottom too rounded to be stable. For most people, a nice big bowl you can use to make bread in also, might be a better buy. Get that copper bowl for whipping egg whites in first.
