It works!
I'm being a little sarcastic in the review title. But it's a tenderizer, feels strongly built, and it does its job. What more can you ask for?

bad quality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
bought it in bed bath and beyond, after three months the shiny coating turned dark grey and left my hands grey and dirty when i touch it. I will not let it touch my food any more.... 13$ gone to waste....i thought it was a good product, well, it not!

bought it in bed bath and beyond, after three months the shiny coating turned dark grey and left my hands grey and dirty when i touch it.

Well built, nice weight. Has a flat side good for pounding chicken. Contempory calphalon style matches other calphalon products.
