This pan is the perfect shape and size for almost anything. If you bought just one pan, get one this size! We have bigger and smaller but use this one the most. I love the color and that it isn't non-stick so I don't get dangerous chemicals in my food. Nothing sticks to it anyway!dWS

I bought the whole set of Calphalon One cookware several years ago. Not only are they GREAT to cook with, they are also backed by a Calphalon guarantee. My son ruined one pan, we sent it back, and they sent us a new pan within 4 days; no charge. They cook evenly, they are attractive, and built solidly. I fully expect to use this set for many years to come. Please note, they are NOT non stick, however, they are a snap to clean. LOVE THEM!

I bought this pan after having bought an entire set of Calphalon pans about two years ago. Their pans are truly fantastic, they are very heavy gauge aluminum that are properly anodized so that they give great cooking results. This particular pan, the chef's pan, is one of our favorites for doing everyday type cooking chores and we decided that we could definitely use a second one. I'm am very happy to say that the quality over the last two years has stayed consistant and the new pan is just as great as the set we bought previously.

I would highly recommend these pans for anyone that enjoys cooking with quality tools.
