This pan is for life. You can cook in it over the flame, or you can bake in it in the oven. You can also burn it mercilessly over and over again, and the burn comes off completely every time without impairing the pan's looks or functionality - all it needs is soaking. Things do stick to it if you use it for frying, as it's not Teflon, but the durability of the pan far outweighs the inconvenience of occasional sticking. The pan keeps temperature even and stays hot long after the heat source is turned off provided you keep the lid on. The shape and size of the pan also make it extremely versatile. It really is an excellent value for your money.

This pan works very well but it's too hard to get clean and the handle is a little too long, I don't know if it's worth the price.
