The 8-inch omelette pan is the perfect size for small portions, crepes and of course, making omelettes. The pan is shallow, so be sure to add a bent plastic spatula to your cooking utensils. I bought this pan as part of a starter set, replacing our 10-year-old Revereware. Yes, the food cooks faster and more evenly, and cleanup is easy. The inside screw heads, part of the standard Calphalon design, are a bit tougher to clean.

I have been using Calphalon cookware since I got married in 1991. The 8-inch Omelet Pan is very versatile. I cook my egg white omelets and its perfect for making crepes! Sometimes I need a stir fry, for only two, and it's the perfect size. This pan is used daily in some way and for some meal I am preparing! You'll love it if you get it.
