This is a excellent non-stick frying pan.The heat is even. Food that was cooked by this pan tasted very good. When you stir fry any meat,it retains the moisture inside the meat so it's tender and juicy.The only disadvantage is the handles of the pan. You might get burn if you try to hold onto the handles with your bare hands!!!! |
