I don't know if these knives are any good, as I bought them as a wedding present. But the ad is false. The ad clearly states that they are made in Germany and have a lifetime warranty. The box clearly states that they are made in China and they have a 10 year warranty. I have complained to Amazon, yet they haven't corrected their ad. They seem relatively well-made, but they aren't what is being advertised.
