The semiserrated edges on these four knives make precise cuts or long slices and are ideal for steak, roast chicken, pork chops, or whatever meat you're serving. For durability, the knives are fully forged of one piece of rust- and stain-resistant, high-carbon stainless steel that runs through blade, bolster, and tang. The full tang offers balance and strength when slicing and is triple-riveted to the poly resin handle. The handle is reinforced with fiberglass to prevent moisture from getting between the rivets. These traditional-style steak knives come in a slotted wooden tray for safe storage in a drawer when not in use. Calphalon knives are covered by a lifetime warranty.
