May be too late but it's worth a try..., March 26, 2010

Believe it or not this review is coming from a dyed-in-the-wool boxer short guy. I've worn briefs only occasionally in my life and mostly only under white gym shorts when I was going swimming (hate jockstraps). So I picked up a pair of these briefs in a department store because I expect to be in Florida next week - swimming, of course. One of the things I hate about briefs is how they usually don't fit properly over my butt. However I'm not about to try on underwear before I pay for it. So when I finally got home and tried these things on I was absolutely amazed at how comfortable they felt - light and expansive yet good support. Then it hit me that these briefs would/will probably be a nice change for everyday wear during the hot summer months. So I immediately went back to the store and bought up the remaining pairs - total of four in my size (Lg). The salesperson suggested that they were a close-out item because he though KC were discontinuing production. That's when I came here to Amazon and discovered their message about not in stock and maybe not available again. So if you want to try and badger CK about not discontinuing this particular brief - Sport Brief U2745 - it would be worth the effort if you/we were successful. In the meantime if you run into any of the remaining stock somewhere I strongly suggest you grab them up - you won't be disappointed!
