Hangers missing from bag when purchased at Macys, August 19, 2011
I purchased this garment bag from Macys in Jan 2011, however when I went to sue it in May 2011 for my vacation, I noticed for the first time that the bag did not come with hangers. I called Calvin Klein store (number was on description tag of garment bag), but no one ever returned my call, so I have not been able to sue the bag, regular hangers to dot hold in place in it. Has anyone else had the same problem, and if so, how was it resolved. I'd love to know.
