My new suitcase was purchased on Wednesday evening and arrived at my door step on Friday. AMAZING! Suitcase is exactly as described. I love it.

Called Calvin Klein because the add-a-bag strap falls off the bag's buckle. They say that it is not covered by warranty because you cannot add another one of their bags to that buckle. They do not specify or warn about that on their packaging.
Calvin Klein does not respect their 'life-time' warranty. |
