I'm 27 years old and this is the first robe I've ever bought. I recently came across the same one in Macy's when I was shopping for a bachelorette party gift for a friend. I tried it on to see if it would be the right size for her and fell in love with the material and how sleek/flattering it was. I bought it for her and she loved it too!

I decided I wanted to buy one for myself. I found it on Amazon and showed the picture to my boyfriend to see what he thought. I have a tendency of wearing night clothes that he doesn't find particularly attractive (I like comfort, he likes sexy) and I thought I'd give him the chance to weigh in on the robe. He was skeptical because he thought of "grandma bathrobes" (slippers, night creams, rollers in the hair, etc.) when thinking of robes in general, but I bought it anyway.

When it arrived I was very pleased (as I knew I would be). This robe is sexy and comfortable! I threw it on after my shower the evening I got it. We watched a movie that night so I just hung out on the couch in the comfort of my new robe. My boyfriend commented that the robe was actually sexy and he approved. He likes the feel of the material and thinks it looks great. Not a "grandma robe" at all!

No offense to the grandmas out there with the "grandma robe" comment...I know lots of sexy grandmas:)

I agree with the previous review. Although the robe is slightly expensive, it's worth it. I wanted a light weight robe for the summer. And this is perfect. The fabric is really soft and extremely comfortable. Also, if you are normally a medium in size, try getting the medium/large. It fits better with more room.

When I odered this robe, I hadn't realized that it had an attached belt. I tend to dislike those, but not anymore. This robe is fantastic. The material (modal) is the most comfortable I've ever worn, the length is pefect, and the belt is exactly the right length - I can leave it undone and not be tripping over the ends, yet when I tie it it's perfect, too. I was hesitant about spending this much on a "luxury" item, but it has been 100% worth it.

This robe drapes beautifully. I'm 5'4" tall, muscular build (a runner)
and about 125 pounds. The small/medium was perfect. Anyone small than
myself will find it on the large side. Anyone larger than myself should
get the medium/large. I did buy both. The medium large HUNG on my like
a shapeless curtain. Forget that! The small/medium fits me perfectly.
I have long arms and the sm/med fits them perfectly where the med/large
covered my hands! The black is okay, but I wish this was made in other
colors. It's NOT for winter - it's a t-shirt weight but with a butter soft
feel. I don't know how it will wash yet, so I'm keeping the med/large just
in case this one comes out Barbie-doll size... after wash/drying. I'm
too impatient to hang anything to dry! Finally I don't have a frumpy
bathrobe! WHERE ARE MORE COLORS???!!!! Feels great. I hope I've given
enough size information here...to be helpful. Anyone under 100 pounds
isn't going to find the sm/med small enough. Anhyone over 130/140 pounds
better move to the med/large. Hope this helps. It's a definite BUY ---
because it doesn't make you look like your grandmother! Ha ha. - Love you
Grandma - just kidding of course!

Yup, it's a great robe. I bought this in the summer and wore it all the time. Now it's colder out, but I can still wear it around the house. This material is amazingly soft and dries really quickly. I have washed it in the washing machine and also dried it in the dryer (I don't know if I was supposed to) but it still came out fine. Didn't shrink at all and the material stayed the same. Also, I am 5'6" and 135 pounds and I got a M/L which is perfect. Recommended!

this is a fantastic robe. I was looking and not finding what I wanted, there just isn't that much out there. this robe is so comfortable and feels so good on my skin. usually I don't buy synthetics, but this is a happy exception. the robe shows no signs of wear, feels like microfiber. I might even buy another one for later. its not too warm for the summer. very compact for traveling and does not wrinkle. j'adore!
.I am short-5 ft 2 in. and the robe hits the top of my knees. if you are very tall this is going to be mini on you.

I was excited to get this robe. I like the style very much & think it is sized well. I normally wear a long white robe and was tired of them looking drab/dirty over time as they picked up on makeup, etc. I think the length is very good as it is just above my knee & the robe overall gives me a nice shape which hopefully my husband will appreciate. I'm 5'7" & 140 - 145 lbs. there is plenty of room for a larger woman yet the robe doesn't look too large on me. My issue only with the robe is that the material is super thin, like that of a thin t-shirt. When I put it on the hook behind my bathroom door I am extra gentle as I worry about the hook poking a hole through the material. Also, the thinness makes it less than ideal for an all-year round robe which is what I was looking for (I live in the NE so have 4 seasons). I would love to see Calvin Klein offer the same style in a heavier cotton material, preferably one that is absorbent as I like to wear my robes straight out of the shower. Instead I dry off with a towel before wearing robe and admittedly, feel sexy while wearing it.

I am always looking for the perfect robe. One that is soft to the touch. I like it roomy, but not bulky. It has to keep me warm, but not make me sweat in the summer. It has to keep me cool, but not cold in the winter. It has to be modest enough that I can wear it around my teenage son and his friends, but I don't want to look like my grandma in her housedress. It has to be a little sexy for my husband. Do you know how hard it is to find this robe? It is right here! This CK robe is perfect! I wish I could wear it all the time. Sure, you can find cheaper robes at Target or Kohl's, but if you are anything like me, you will go through those $20 robes in no time. They shred, pill, and stain. Not to mention they are always too warm and bulky or too thin and itchy. I have been through half a dozen cheap robes and none of them come close to this one. This one is the best!

I had this robe given as a gift, and yes it is a bit pricey, but well worth it. It's short, and easy to slip on. The belt is sewn in at the back and this actually gives it a more flattering look. The material is stretchy and does not cling or stick to the body, as some cheap material would. It feels soft and 'expensive'. I love it.

I just got this from Amazon. I can't even begin to tell you how comfortable this robe is! I'm in love. Seriously, it's the most comfortable article of clothing I have now.

I'm 5'4 and 130. The Medium/Large is a great fit. The sleeves are a perfect length and it stops just about 1.5 inches above my knee.

The material is super soft and very lightweight. Some people commented about the built in tie. Personally, I like it. It makes the back of the robe look more like a fitted dress rather than a bulky robe. It's super cute, fits great, and my husband loves it.

I kind of went back and forth over whether or not to buy this. I wasn't sure about spending $75 for a robe that I couldn't feel or try on. I'm glad I went for it. It's worth every single penny.
