It is your "basic" utensil holder. A bit small for my liking (not in height, but width), but it will do what it is meant to do. Please note that this product is made of plastic, which creates a cheaper look if you are trying to go high-end. Not that I care about that, but it does have that plastic sheen look that some people might not care for.
My major complaint is I'd like to see a more sturdy product. For example, if you have a couple items leaning towards one side & not enough weight on the other this will tip over, as the holder itself is very light. But, that shouldn't be too much of a problem if you have several items in there.

Calypso utensil holder
It was small, light weight, plastic and expensive. It is too small to be effective as a tool caddy in a normal kitchen and would probably tip over if not completely full. Read more

Very sturdy!
I got this for my sister for her new apartment she loves it, she loved the bright shade of orange and loved that it was hard plastic and has been very sturdy so far!
