3.0 out of 5 stars Don't read this if you want to keep the mystery.
I read this book with my 8-year-old daughter and we were developing theories throughout the book. We were really following the woman in the raincoat for the longest time. It seems to me that once the true thief was caught, we would be told the perfectly innocent reason that the woman was dressed so inappropriately.

Perhaps this is the new style of writing...

4.0 out of 5 stars Cam Jansen and the Triceratops Pops Mystery, June 13, 2011
This review is from: Cam Jansen: The Triceratops Pops Mystery #15 (Paperback)
Hi, this is Mrs. Waldron and Mrs. Garrett's second grade reading group. We just finished the story Cam Jansen and the Triceratops Pops Mystery by David A. Adler. We enjoyed reading this mystery. We liked solving the mystery using clues in the story. The first page gives you details that make you want to read more. If you like mysteries, we hope you will read this book.

It seems to me that once the true thief was caught, we would be told the perfectly innocent reason that the woman was dressed so inappropriately.

Perhaps this is the new style of writing -- leaving lots of loose ends for kids to tie up themselves, but I think it is more challenging for the author if he has to fill in story of an ultimately innocent suspect.

Kids can really associate themselves with Cam and her friends. Our family loves Cam Jansen!

This book was great! It had all of the intrest I want in a book. For instant, they had more than one suspect so you didn't know right away who the thief was. I personily love music and C.D.s so it defenetly caught my etention. It's amazing how DavidA.Adler thought of such a great carictor.I bet he had to do a lot of brainstorming to whip up a carictor like that! Well I'm not gonna tell you the whole story! Find out yourself byb reading this great book.
