This review is from: Camberwell Beauty (Hardcover)
Camberwell Beauty is a fairly ordinary chick-lit novel with few redeeming values. I found the story to be fragmented and difficult at best- I felt that the author was more interested in bashing the ugly daughter of the main character rather than creating a coherent plot. I found it difficult to follow.

It's not at all amusing, and the jokes are cliched and mainstream. This book's fine if you've got plenty of time on your hands and are a devotee of the genre, but otherwise, stay away.
