Slightly smaller than the T500, the Newton T300 3-way tower speaker system with powered subwoofer is still a force to be reckoned with. Each includes both a built-in 10 powered subwoofer with a 150-watt Class D digital amplifier and a passive 10 speaker. A 1 reinforced silk dome tweeter is coupled together with two 4 molded-composite midrange drivers for detailed, accurate middle and high frequencies. This ‘MTM' (Midrange-Tweeter-Midrange) design results in smooth, even dispersion. Speaker level, LFE and L/R link connections are included and the T300 is available in blonde maple, mahogany wood veneer or slate-gray finish with knit grilles.

Perfect speakers,

I took the plunge and bought these Cambridge towers. Actually, they first caught my eye because of the really beautiful wood veneers... but I was sold on them as soon as I heard them. They are the centerpiece of our home system now and I couldn't be happier. We play all sorts of music on them, and use them for home theater too. I am so happy that we bought these beautiful looking and sounding speakers.
