I purchased to lower pressure on an outside faucet that is extremely high pressure. I have not tested the pressure, but it has burst three hoses. This device cannot handle the pressure. It completely closed off the flow and caused my pipes to bang. Oh well, on to other options.

I would not have bought this product if the description had said anything about containing lead because I intended to use this for my pets' automatic water bowl. Since Camco sells RV parts, I thought it would be a safe buy, but I wasted my money.
