We bought these lights for our travel trailer. We've only used them a few times, but they seem to work fine so far. They're actually of decent quality - better quality than some other lights we have bought on Amazon. Finish is good on the plastic housings and they actually shine pink & green.

On the plus side, we like the look of the flamingos and palm trees! Unfortunately, the light part does not go all the way down the leg of the flamingo or the trunk of the trees. Also, within 1 hour of plugging them in-inside our home-one of the bulbs blew out, so they quit working! My husband went through taking all 10 of the bulbs out before finding the bad one! We have decided to purchase a plain set of lights with low heat and put the flamingos and palm trees on it instead. We will not be purchasing any more of this set. Thank you.

We read the reviews on here before purchasing. We bought 1 string. Hung them in the garden and turned them on at dusk--they were very good. Added sort of a beach, comedy feel. They whole tree & flamingo glows smoothly, not just in 1 area. We like them so much we bought more. Now we have enough for the backyard & the sail boat. Each string works & has not burned out yet with heavy use. We do not leave them in the sun, so we can not vouch for the durability if left out continually in the damaging Arizona sun.
