I received this just as advertised and it was shipped as agreed. It was much cheaper than I could get in the camper stores and it serves its purpose. I would order it again.

I have the VRV XTR, and the orientation of the prongs are just right. There are no problems inserting and rotating to lock position, it hangs vertical.
The locking ring is of good heavy duty plastic, the adaptor slid into the receptacle easily.

We just couldn't take it any more... we never used to lose power in our house and we've been here since 1999. But over the past couple of years it seems like one strong wind kills our power! Very aggravating! So we decided to bite the bullet and get a generator. Not only that, but also hardwire it into the house so that its easy to convert over to the generator power and have everything working then to have only a couple of things working and have extension cords all over the place. So after spending several hundred dollars we got everything going but realized we needed this plug at the very end! So of course my husband tells me what he needs and I go right to Amazon! and there it was... I ordered it and had it in two days due to prime shipping! It worked flawlessly and we are now ready to lose our power! hahahaha just kidding! but at least we are prepared now!

We purchased our camper that included a 30 AMP cord. We quickly discovered that we needed a 50 AMP cord if I wanted to run both AC units and blow dry my hair at the same time. We were unable to find a long 50 AMP cord with the locking adapter, so we bought a cheap adapter to use. We replaced our cheap adapter with this product and I could not be more pleased. It arrived quicker than expected and I no longer worry about the adapter melting as it is easy to see, this product is a quality product.

Thought I ordered one to adapt to a 5-15 receptical for use on the Memorial Weekend. Didn't have enough time to exchange and had to buy other adapters and cord locally to adapt this thing so it would work. Don't know why camper manufactures us a 50 amp service plug to power a 20 amp. camper.
