right out of the package it was perfect. My husband bought the fitting at Lowe's, no big deal. Camco is a really good company for camping supplies. I am never disappointed.

2 Stage regulator,

I've bought about 20 of these regulators over the past two years. The regulator works well. The only issue is that the threads connecting the POL fitting to the regulator always leak. The manufacturer uses white teflon tape on the threads and it's not gas tight. The fix is easy, just remove the POL put pipe dope on the threads and reattach.

Perfect replacement for broken regulator,

This item was a perfect replacement for the unit that broke on my camper. It is nice to be able to use "hand power" to tighen vs. the 7/8" wrench I had to use on my original unit.
