My daughter just turned 5 and loves the ironing board. All of her doll clothes get "washed, dried and then ironed." The ironing board is like a beautiful piece of wooden furniture. I actually let her leave it in my dining room because it is so pretty. I'm sure it will hold up for years.

I bought this to go with our camden rose kitchen and iron. It's beautifully made and the wood is sanded to a smooth finish that you can't help but run your fingers over when you walk by. Our first one had a small crack in the wood but palumba had it picked up the next day and a new one arrived within the week. They have great service. It goes great with the camden rose iron and is the perfect addition to a house play area. Ours has a camden rose kitchen, this ironing board and iron, wooden play food, knit play food, play dishes, metal toy pots and tea set from nova natural, a washbasin, and playcloths (to wash and iron). It's a great set up and the kids spend lots of time there.
