The hematologic features of both Old World and New World camelids--normal and diseases--can be visually identified by using this atlas.

Three leading camelid experts share their comprehensive knowledge within the pages of this atlas. Fowler is known worldwide for his expertise, and Ulrich Wernery and Renate Wernery come from the United Arab Emirates, where 12 million dromedaries reside (70 percent of the one-humped camel population of the world).
