You need to make sure you put it in correctly so it does not fall out!! Very handy and gets the cap out of your way.

This is an interesting idea, but it won't work with my OP/Tech straps as the uni-loops on the ends are too big to go through the holes provided. I may be able to use it on my belt if I am doing a walkabout, but had hoped to use it daily instead of once in awhile.

I would recommend this product to anyone who misplaces their lens cap on a regular basis. This keeps it right there with you at all times. What a great find!

I have a Nikon P510 and the lens cap was tied to the strap. The only problem was that it sometimes got in the way when I was moving about and using the camera. I purchased this camera buckle lens cap holder and installed it on the camera strap and it works great. I am able to use both the camera buckle and the original lens cap leash. I'll never lose the cap, and it isn't getting in the way anymore. Perfect!!!!

This looked like a good idea. It was delivered on time, and seemed to work OK. I installed in on the camera strap and all was well, until, not meaning to I brushed against it and the lens cap fell off. I tried it an number of times and realized it just doesn't hold the cap well. Tried both the new style cap and the older one. Don't waste your money.
