This is the first time buying a camera case, but after dropping my last digital camera a few times I decided not to leave it to chance with my Flip Camcorder!! this case does the job! of course it's not bullet proof or anything however; it is sufficient enough protection for the occasional drop or two as well as protecting the case in my back pack from my books and other things!

Less than a week after purchase, one of the two zippers broke. This, to go along with the fact that this case is just too snug for what it is made for. The camera BARELY fits in the case, and it is tough to get closed. Also, if you wanted to put anything else in there with the camera, forget it. You couldn't even fit a couple slips of paper in there. ... It's not worth the trouble of sending back, but I certainly would not buy this again. Do yourself a favor and find another case.

They will not call you back nor do they have a phone number on their website for customer service. I had a problem with my order and they just ignored me.
