The second and final volume in the `Camera, Camera, Camera' series picks up where we left off in the first.

Akira is now in love with Kaoru (the scruffy camera guy) who had been pursuing him in the first volume. He must deal with love rivals, and work through his own feelings and the confusions that come with being in a relationship. He can focus all of his attention on Kaoru now, of course, because the situation with his brother, which had been interesting to me in the first book, is neatly wrapped up (seemingly ignoring several scenes in the first volume which hinted at other feelings on the brother's side - at least for me.)

The camera man, Kaoru, struggles with complex feelings over a past relationship, and yet never comes to terms with that or ever fully, with Akira. Instead he makes a decision that leaves Akira hanging for years to come.

The storyline for this manga felt as if it fell into a trap. By creating the `conflict' to give the storyline interest (in this case the conflict is the camera man's true motives towards Akira), it instead lost my interest.

For me, the thought that occurred was `what was the point of this?' There was not enough angst to tug at my heartstrings, there was not a fluffy-happy-couple in love to make me smile (meeting years later is simply silly when a character has presumably been in love for ALL of those years - this is cruel and not `fluffy feelings' inducing), nor was there enough smut for me to ignore the unresolved `romance' in this book.
