Product Description

Multi use roaster. All stainless steel construction with tri ply base and lid. Top can be used as a saute pan, bottom can be used as a stock pot and both pieces together make a great covered roaster. Each unit comes with a rack which hangs up on the edge of the roaster to allow products to drain into the base. Polished interior and exterior allows for easy cleaning.

I was not sure what the size was when we purchased this roaster. It is about 18"L x 9"H x 12"D. It works wonderful, and the clean up was so easy. It is the best roaster I've ever used. Worth every penny!

Says it all. It's heavy enough that it doesn't warp. I can deglaze on the stove. It can go into the dishwasher. The only thing that it can't do is put itself into the oven!

I bought this strictly for deglazing.
Last night I cooked a tenderloin and used the top as a roasting pan.
While making a sauce on the cook top the "tri ply base" crumpled and cracked.
Now it doesn't sit flat.
